All prospective tenants or permitted occupiers who will be living in the property over the age of 18 must complete an application form and provide original identification documentation (ie a passport with visa if required)
A holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent will be required at the beginning of your application and will then serve as part your first months rent if references are successful. This is a refundable deposit unless you do not complete your application in a timely manner and the landlord is forced to accept alternate offers OR if the information you supply to us is incorrect and as a result your reference is denied by the landlord.
