All properties have a non-smoking policy and in general a no - pets policy although some landlords may consider allowing pets on an individual basis. In the first instance a video viewing will be offered for approval prior to securing a physical viewing to limit footfall through properties.
If a viewing is booked, we would operate within industry-recommended guidelines below re Covid19 and would ask viewers to agree to the same;
-The appointment will be no more than 10 minutes
-Our staff are free from Covid19 symptoms
-Our staff will observe 2 mtr social distancing, will wear protective equipment and will use hand sanitiser before and after the appointment
-We would ask that you do not agree to a viewing if you are suffering from any Covid19 symptoms
-We would ask that you please observe the safety measures as above with your own PPE and sanitiser.
-The maximum number of viewers is two people within the same household
All prospective tenants or permitted occupiers who will be living in the property over the age of 18 must complete an application form and provide original identification documentation (ie a passport with visa if required)
A holding payment equivalent to one week's rent will be required at the beginning of your application and will then serve as part your first months rent if references are successful. This is a refundable payment unless you do not complete your application in a timely manner and the landlord is forced to accept alternate offers OR if the information you supply to us is incorrect and as a result your reference is denied by the landlord.
Before the commencement of the tenancy we will request a tenancy deposit to be individually confirmed, although usually equal to one months rent which, unless we confirm otherwise, will be registered with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) as required by the Housing Act of 2004 until the end of your tenancy.
